Why Cast Insulation?
The evolution of transformer engineering in the world is based on the constant improvement of the characteristics and quality of insulating materials. It is the cast insulation of the compound under vacuum that today is an innovative solution in the manufacture of high and low voltage windings. A single technological approach to the production of both windings increases the service life of the equipment and the reliability of the entire electrical installation.

An indicator of the modern level of production is the use of Step-Lap technology in the manufacture of magnetic cores. This technology allows you to get low idle losses, low vibration and noise during operation, a reinforced structure that is resistant to long-term transportation in difficult conditions.

The final result is confirmed by tests in our own laboratory, which can carry out not only the full cycle of acceptance tests, but also type tests.
