Converter transformers

Converter transformers are used to power various types of rectifiers, frequency drives, where there is a certain range of higher harmonics and with a large non-sinusoidal coefficient of current and voltage curves. The scope of such transformers is powerful drives of industrial enterprises (for example, rolling mills), drives of powerful motors, frequency-controlled drives, soft starters.

Ferrom Plant individually designs and builds each converter transformer, as it is produced for a specific customer, taking into account the provided overload schedule, the composition of harmonics and the parameters of the converter.
