Vacuum pump
The equipment is designed to pump out air.
A vacuum pump is installed on the UVM device, which allows air to be pumped out of the volume of electrical equipment up to absolute pressure < ; 1 mbar to prevent the formation of an air-gas mixture during filling with gas (SF6 gas, nitrogen, freon). Vacuum control is performed using a digital electronic vacuum gauge.
